An independent vision. A human beginning.
Meet the engineer behind MatchApp Ai
Jonas Junior · Founder & software engineer
One evening, two people, and far too much time choosing what to watch. That small frustration became the beginning of MatchApp Ai.

It started with a night on the sofa
My partner and I wanted to watch something together. Instead, we were caught in the familiar search: another title, another synopsis, another possibility that did not quite feel right. The evening was supposed to be about enjoying a story, but choosing one had become the work. I kept thinking that finding something for our mood should be easier.
That was the spark. I began building MatchApp Ai myself, turning an everyday frustration into a software project with a very personal purpose: help people spend less of their free time deciding and more of it enjoying. It began with something to watch, but the idea reaches further—to what we read, listen to, and discover next.
The long road behind the first line of code
My journey brought together programming, digital marketing, and specialist study, including courses offered by Ivy League universities. I completed those courses with pride, but the learning did not end with a certificate. Working in SEO taught me to think about the person on the other side of a search: what they mean, what they need, and why an answer sometimes misses the point.
I carried that perspective into software engineering and into building this and other apps from scratch. Code makes an idea work; understanding people gives it a reason to exist. For me, the challenge is to bring both together in apps and websites that are useful in ordinary life. Every project becomes another lesson in making a complicated task feel a little simpler.
Built independently. Still moving forward.
I started MatchApp Ai on my own and continue to lead its development myself. That means carrying an idea through its many details: the experience people see, the decisions underneath it, and the improvements that only become obvious when someone actually uses it. The project is live, and I keep refining it. A launch is a beginning, not the end of the work.
My ambition is to keep building technology that helps people in practical ways. With MatchApp Ai, that starts with the moment you know you want something good, but cannot quite name it. A film for a shared evening, a different kind of read, or something to listen to should feel like a discovery, not another task on your list.
Less time choosing. More time enjoying what you love.

This has been a long journey, and there is much more ahead. I am looking for people who can test thoughtfully, share honest feedback, and support the work that keeps this independent project moving. You do not need a technical background to make a difference.
Become a tester
Try MatchApp Ai in a real moment when you need an idea. Tell me what you hoped to find, what happened, and what could have felt easier. Both positive experiences and specific problems help guide the next improvement.

If the idea matters to you, voluntary support helps sustain development, improvements, and the servers that keep the service working. Sharing the project with someone who might use it is another meaningful way to help. Honest recommendations and useful feedback are welcome whether or not you contribute financially.
Explore ways to supportContributions are optional. They do not buy shares, financial returns, extra matches, or priority treatment. Review the support page before choosing to contribute.
A personal project with a wider purpose
I built MatchApp Ai because I felt the problem myself. I want it to grow by listening to the people who use it. There is still plenty to learn and plenty to build—and that is precisely what makes this the beginning. Thank you for being part of what comes next.
